공무원 인재개발법 시행령 제34조의2(국내훈련 결과 보고)

① 국내훈련을 마쳤거나 제34조에 따라 복귀명령을 받은 해당 공무원은 복귀 후 3일 이내에 훈련을 주관하는 기관의 장과 소속 중앙행정기관의 장에게 이를 보고하여야 한다.

② 국내훈련을 마친 공무원은 훈련이 끝난 날부터 30일 이내에 훈련과제에 대한 연구보고서를 소속 중앙행정기관의 장 및 훈련을 주관하는 기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 학위논문 등 훈련 성과의 내용을 표시할 수 있는 자료가 있으면 함께 제출하여야 한다.
