Enforcement Decree of the Civil Servant Talent Development Act, Article 14-3 (Operation of Talent Development Information System)

① 인사혁신처장은 인재개발 정보의 효율적 운영ㆍ관리와 관련 정보의 연계 및 공유를 위하여 인재개발정보시스템을 구축하여 운영할 수 있다.

② 인사혁신처장은 인재개발정보시스템의 운영에 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 중앙행정기관의 장에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 요청을 받은 중앙행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 적극 협조하여야 한다.
