정부교섭대표는 법 제10조제1항에 따라 단체협약으로서의 효력을 가지지 아니하는 단체협약의 내용에 대한 이행 결과를 해당 단체협약의 유효기간 만료일 3개월 전까지 상대방에게 서면으로 알려야 한다.
