공무원연금법 제23조(공단업무의 위탁)

① 공단은 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 그 업무의 일부를 체신관서, 지방자치단체, 금융기관 또는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관, 그 밖의 자에게 위탁할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 공단이 위탁할 수 있는 업무의 범위는 대통령령으로 정한다.
