공무원연금법 시행령 제88조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원회 회의는 재적위원 과반수 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 인사혁신처 소속 공무원 중에서 인사혁신처장이 임명한다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Personnel퍼서넬 Management매너지먼트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Personnel퍼서넬 Management.매너지먼트

④ 위원회에서 심의할 안건을 미리 검토하게 하는 등 위원회 운영을 지원하기 위하여 위원회에 실무위원회를 둘 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 a어 working워킹 committee커미티 to투 support서포트 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 such서치 as애즈 by바이 reviewing^r리^v뷰잉 in인 advance어드^v밴스 the^ð디 agenda어젠다 items아이텀즈 to투 be비 deliberated딜리버^r레이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

⑤ 위원회 및 실무협의회에 출석하는 위원 또는 전문가 등에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 소관 업무와 직접 관련하여 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 인사혁신처장이 정한다.
