공무원연금법 시행령 제36조(국가 등이 부담하는 다른 급여와의 조정)

1. 법 제28조에 따른 급여의 산정기초가 되는 재직기간과 다른 법령에 따라 국가 등이 부담하는 퇴직금의 산정기초가 되는 재직기간이 중복될 때에는 1960년 1월 1일 이후 중복되는 재직기간의 급여액에 상당하는 금액 중에서 부담금에 상당하는 금액. 이 경우 부담금에 상당하는 금액은 중복되는 재직기간이 종료되는 달의 수급자의 기여금액에 중복되는 재직 개월 수를 곱한 금액으로 한다.
