공무원연금법 시행령 제27조(유족의 대표자에 대한 급여 지급 방법)

① 공단은 유족 중 퇴직유족급여를 받을 같은 순위자가 2명 이상이고 그 같은 순위자 또는 그의 법정대리인 중에서 대표자를 선정하여 모든 사람의 급여 수령을 위임한 경우 법 제32조에 따라 똑같이 나누어 지급하는 것을 갈음하여 그 대표자에게 전액을 지급할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 위임은 위임하는 사람이 자필 서명한 대표자 선정서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 공단에 제출하는 방법으로 한다.
