공무원연금법 시행령 제11조(연금취급기관장 및 기여금징수의무자)

① 법 제3조제1항제6호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 별표 2에 따른 사람(이하 "연금취급기관장"이라 한다)을 말한다. 다만, 법 제4조에 따른 공무원연금공단은 연금업무를 능률적으로 처리하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 해당 기관의 위치ㆍ인원과 그 밖의 사정을 고려하여 별표 2에 따른 연금취급기관장 외의 기관의 장을 따로 연금취급기관장으로 지정할 수 있다.

② 법 제3조제1항제7호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 연금취급기관장 소속 직원으로서 「소득세법」에 따른 원천징수 업무를 수행하는 사람을 말한다.
