공무원보수규정 제71조(보직 없이 근무하는 공무원에 대한 연봉 지급)

① 다음 각 호의 고위공무원에게는 직무급을 지급하지 아니하며, 기준급은 보직 없이 근무하는 날부터 보직 없이 근무하는 기간이 3개월이 되는 날까지는 기준급의 20퍼센트를 감액하여 지급하고, 보직 없이 근무하는 기간이 3개월이 지난 이후부터 6개월 이내까지는 기준급의 30퍼센트를 감액하여 지급하며, 6개월이 지난 이후부터는 기준급의 40퍼센트를 감액하여 지급한다. <개정 2016.6.24>

② 제1항의 경우 외에 보직 없이 근무하는 고위공무원에게는 기준급은 지급하되, 직무급은 보직 없이 근무(조직의 개편으로 현원이 정원을 초과하여 직위를 부여 받지 못한 경우는 제외한다)하는 기간이 3개월이 지난 이후부터 직무급의 전액을 감액한다. 다만, 별도의 업무과제를 부여한 경우에는 그 기간에 대하여 감액금액의 50퍼센트에 해당하는 금액을 감액하여 지급한다. <개정 2016.6.24>
