공무원보수규정 제7조(호봉 획정 및 승급 시행권자)

호봉 획정 및 승급은 법령의 규정에 따른 임용권자(임용에 관한 권한이 법령의 규정에 따라 위임 또는 위탁된 경우에는 위임 또는 위탁을 받은 사람을 말한다) 또는 임용제청권자가 시행한다. 다만, 군인의 경우에는 각 군 참모총장이 시행하되 필요한 경우에는 그 권한의 전부 또는 일부를 소속 부대의 장에게 위임할 수 있다.
