Regulations on Remuneration of Public Officials, Article 44 (Payment of Annual Salary upon Dismissal during a Month, etc. of Public Officials with Five or More Years of Service)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제42조제1항에도 불구하고 면직 또는 제적되거나 휴직한 날이 속하는 달의 연봉월액 전액을 지급한다. <개정 2014.1.8, 2024.1.5>

② 제1항에 따라 연봉월액을 지급하는 경우 징계처분이나 그 밖의 사유로 연봉월액이 감액(결근으로 인한 봉급의 감액은 제외한다)되어 지급 중인 공무원에게는 감액된 연봉월액을 계산하여 그 달의 연봉월액 전액을 지급한다. <신설 2012.1.6>
