공동주택관리법 시행령 제7조의2(의무관리대상 공동주택 전환 등)

① 법 제10조의2제1항에 따라 의무관리대상 공동주택 전환 신고를 하려는 자는 입주자등의 동의를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 관할 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(구청장은 자치구의 구청장을 말하며, 이하 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"이라 한다)에게 국토교통부령으로 정하는 신고서를 제출해야 한다.

② 법 제10조의2제4항에 따라 의무관리대상 공동주택 제외 신고를 하려는 입주자대표회의의 회장(직무를 대행하는 경우에는 그 직무를 대행하는 사람을 포함한다. 이하 같다)은 입주자등의 동의를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 국토교통부령으로 정하는 신고서를 제출해야 한다.
