공동주택관리법 시행령 제45조의3(하자보수청구 서류 등의 제공)

① 입주자 또는 입주자대표회의를 대행하는 관리주체는 법 제38조의2제2항에 따라 제45조의2제1항 각 호의 서류의 제공을 요구받은 경우 지체 없이 이를 열람하게 하거나 그 사본ㆍ복제물을 내주어야 한다.

② 관리주체는 제1항에 따라 서류를 제공하는 경우 그 서류제공을 요구한 자가 입주자나 입주자대표회의의 구성원인지를 확인해야 한다.

③ 관리주체는 서류의 제공을 요구한 자에게 서류의 제공에 드는 비용을 부담하게 할 수 있다.
