공동주택관리법 시행령 제21조(관리규약의 제정 및 개정 등 신고)

법 제19조제1항에 따른 신고를 하려는 입주자대표회의의 회장(관리규약 제정의 경우에는 사업주체 또는 의무관리대상 전환 공동주택의 관리인을 말한다)은 관리규약이 제정ㆍ개정되거나 입주자대표회의가 구성ㆍ변경된 날부터 30일 이내에 신고서를 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2020.4.24, 2021.10.19>
