Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Stockpiling of Public Land, Article 12 (Establishment and Operation of the Land Stockpiling Information System)

① 한국토지주택공사는 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체 및 공익사업시행자가 공익사업의 현황과 개별 입지정보 등 공공토지 관련 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 토지비축정보체계를 운영하여야 한다. <개정 2009.9.21>
