Act on Entrusted Elections for Public Organizations, etc., Article 34 (Period of Restrictions on Donation Acts)
기부행위를 할 수 없는 기간(이하 "기부행위제한기간"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2024.1.30>
The period during which donation acts may not be performed (hereinafter referred to as the "donation restriction period") is as follows:
1. 임기만료에 따른 선거: 임기만료일 전 1년부터 선거일까지
1. Elections upon expiration of terms of office: From one year before the expiration date of the term of office until the election day; and
2. 해당 법령이나 정관등에 따른 보궐선거등: 그 선거의 실시 사유가 발생한 날부터 선거일까지
2. By-elections, etc. under the relevant statutes or articles of incorporation, etc.: From the date the grounds for holding the election arose until the election day.
