Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 98-2 (Management, etc. of Continuous Cadastral Maps)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제90조의2제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 연속지적도의 관리 및 정비에 관한 정책을 수립ㆍ시행해야 한다.

② 지적소관청은 법 제90조의2제2항에 따라 지적도ㆍ임야도에 등록된 사항에 대해 토지의 이동 또는 오류사항을 정비한 때에는 같은 조 제4항에 따른 연속지적도 정보관리체계를 통해 연속지적도에 반영해야 한다.
