Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 95 (Reports on Urban Development Projects, etc.)

① 법 제86조제1항 및 영 제83조제2항에 따른 도시개발사업 등의 착수 또는 변경의 신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제81호서식의 도시개발사업 등의 착수(시행)ㆍ변경ㆍ완료 신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여야 한다. 다만, 변경신고의 경우에는 변경된 부분으로 한정한다.

② 법 제86조제1항 및 영 제83조제2항에 따른 도시개발사업 등의 완료신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제81호서식의 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여야 한다. 이 경우 지적측량수행자가 지적소관청에 측량검사를 의뢰하면서 미리 제출한 서류는 첨부하지 아니할 수 있다.
