공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제87조(축척변경 절차 및 면적 결정방법 등)

① 영 제72조제3항에 따라 면적을 새로 정하는 때에는 축척변경 측량결과도에 따라야 한다.

② 축척변경 측량 결과도에 따라 면적을 측정한 결과 축척변경 전의 면적과 축척변경 후의 면적의 오차가 영 제19조제1항제2호가목의 계산식에 따른 허용범위 이내인 경우에는 축척변경 전의 면적을 결정면적으로 하고, 허용면적을 초과하는 경우에는 축척변경 후의 면적을 결정면적으로 한다. 이 경우 같은 계산식 중 A는 오차 허용면적, M은 축척이 변경될 지적도의 축척분모, F는 축척변경 전의 면적을 말한다.

③ 경계점좌표등록부를 갖춰 두지 아니하는 지역을 경계점좌표등록부를 갖춰 두는 지역으로 축척변경을 하는 경우에는 그 필지의 경계점을 평판(平板) 측량방법이나 전자평판(電子平板) 측량방법으로 지상에 복원시킨 후 경위의(經緯儀) 측량방법 등으로 경계점좌표를 구하여야 한다. 이 경우 면적은 제2항에도 불구하고 경계점좌표에 따라 결정하여야 한다.
