공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제67조(지적공부의 반출승인 절차)

① 지적소관청이 법 제69조제1항에 따라 지적공부를 그 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 청사 밖으로 반출하려는 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장에게 지적공부 반출사유를 적은 별지 제62호서식의 승인신청서를 제출해야 한다. <개정 2020.12.31>

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장은 지적공부 반출사유 등을 심사한 후 그 승인 여부를 지적소관청에 통지하여야 한다.
