공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제43조(측량기술자의 신고 등)

① 법 제40조제1항에 따라 신고 또는 변경신고를 하려는 측량기술자는 별지 제29호서식의 측량기술자 경력신고서 또는 별지 제30호서식의 측량기술자 경력변경신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 공간정보산업협회에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 근무처의 퇴직 사실만을 신고하는 경우에는 제1호에 따른 서류는 생략할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.17, 2015.6.4>

② 법 제40조제3항에 따른 측량기술경력증(이하 "측량기술경력증"이라 한다)은 별지 제32호서식과 같다. <개정 2024.2.6>

③ 측량기술자가 법 제40조제3항에 따라 측량기술경력증을 발급, 갱신 또는 재발급받으려는 경우에는 별지 제33호서식의 측량기술경력증 발급(신규ㆍ모바일)ㆍ갱신발급ㆍ재발급 신청서를 공간정보산업협회에 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 공간정보산업협회는 측량기술자가 이동통신단말장치를 이용한 모바일 형태로 발급을 요청하는 경우에는 별지 제32호서식에 따라 모바일 측량기술경력증을 발급할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.17, 2015.6.4, 2024.2.6>

⑤ 법 제40조제5항에 따른 측량기술자의 근무처 및 경력등의 확인은 별지 제35호서식의 측량기술자 경력증명서 및 별지 제36호서식의 측량기술자 보유증명서에 따른다.

⑥ 공간정보산업협회는 측량기술경력증을 발급, 갱신 또는 재발급하거나 측량기술자 경력증명서 및 측량기술자 보유증명서를 발급하는 때에는 그 신청인으로부터 실비의 범위에서 수수료를 받을 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.17, 2015.6.4>

⑦ 공간정보산업협회는 제1항에 따른 신고 또는 변경신고를 받은 경우에는 관련 기관에 그 신고내용을 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.17, 2015.6.4>

⑧ 영 별표 5에 따라 국토교통부장관이 측량기술자의 경력인정방법 및 절차 등을 정한 때에는 이를 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
