공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제3조(측량기준점표지의 형상)

① 법 제8조제1항에 따른 측량기준점표지의 형상 및 규격은 별표 1과 같다.

② 측량기준점을 정한 자는 측량기준점표지를 설치할 지역의 지형이 별표 1의 형상 및 규격으로 설치하기가 곤란할 경우에는 제1항에도 불구하고 별도의 형상 및 규격으로 설치할 수 있다. 이 경우 측량기준점을 정한 자가 공공측량의 시행을 하는 자(이하 "공공측량시행자"라 한다)일 때에는 국토지리정보원장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

③ 측량기준점을 정한 자가 제2항에 따라 별도의 형상 및 규격을 정한 때에는 이를 고시하여야 한다.
