공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제14조(지도등의 판매 및 배포)

① 국토지리정보원장은 법 제15조제1항에 따른 지도등의 판매 또는 배포를 같은 조 제6항 각 호에 해당하지 않는 자로 하여금 대행하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.1.31, 2022.4.6>

② 지도등의 판매ㆍ배포, 그 밖의 세부 사항은 국토지리정보원장이 정하여 고시한다.
