Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 112 (Entrustment of Affairs)

① 법 제104조에 따라 업무위탁을 하려는 자는 별지 제99호서식에 따른 업무위탁 청약서를 국토지리정보원장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2021.2.19>

② 제1항에 따른 업무위탁 청약서에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
