공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제11조(기본측량성과의 검증)

① 법 제13조제2항에 따라 국토지리정보원장이 기본측량성과 검증기관에 기본측량성과의 검증을 의뢰하는 경우에는 검증에 필요한 관련 자료를 제공하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 검증을 의뢰받은 기본측량성과 검증기관은 30일 이내에 검증 결과를 국토지리정보원장에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 기본측량성과의 검증절차, 검증방법 및 검증비용 등에 관한 사항은 국토지리정보원장이 정하여 고시한다.
