공간정보산업 진흥법 시행령 제16조(공간정보산업진흥원의 수익사업)

① 법 제23조제1항에 따른 공간정보산업진흥원(이하 "진흥원"이라 한다)이 같은 조 제5항에 따라 할 수 있는 수익사업은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 진흥원의 장은 제1항에 따른 수익사업에 대하여 수수료의 요율 또는 금액을 결정하였을 때에는 그 결정된 내용과 금액산정의 명세를 공개하여야 한다.
