골재채취법 제38조(협회의 설립)

① 골재채취업자는 골재채취기술의 향상과 골재채취업의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 골재협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

③ 협회는 그 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

④ 골재채취업자는 협회의 정관(定款)으로 정하는 바에 따라 회원으로 가입할 수 있다.
