골재채취법 제24조(채취기간)

시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 골재채취의 허가를 할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 골재의 부존량, 해당 구역의 토지이용 전망, 주변환경 등 제반(諸般) 사정을 고려하여 채취기간을 정하여 허가하여야 한다.
