골재채취법 제16조(등록사항 변경 등의 신고)

골재채취업자는 그 상호ㆍ명칭 또는 사무소의 소재지나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사항이 변경되었을 때에는 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.
