Enforcement Decree of the Aggregate Extraction Act, Article 25-4 (Release of Designation of Planned Aggregate Extraction Sites)

①시ㆍ도지사는 법 제21조의2제2항에 따라 직접 또는 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 신청을 받아 골재채취 예정지의 지정을 해제할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>

②시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 골재채취 예정지의 지정을 해제한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고시해야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
