고위공직자범죄수사처 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제46조(정보제공자의 보호)

① 누구든지 고위공직자범죄등에 대하여 알게 된 때에는 이에 대한 정보를 수사처에 제공할 수 있으며, 이를 이유로 불이익한 조치를 받지 아니한다.
