고위공무원단 인사규정 제14조의5(임기제 고위공무원의 경력경쟁채용시험등의 방법)

Regulations on Personnel Management of the Senior Civil Service, Article 14-5 (Methods of Career-Competitive Recruitment Examinations, etc. of Term-Limited Senior Civil Servants)

① 임기제 고위공무원의 경력경쟁채용등은 소속 장관이 서류전형과 면접시험의 방법으로 실시하되, 법 제23조에 따라 배정된 직무등급이 가장 높은 등급의 직위에 임기제 고위공무원을 채용하는 경우에는 서류전형의 방법으로 한다.
