고위공무원단 인사규정 제14조의3(채용시험의 위탁)

① 소속 장관은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 제14조에 따른 채용시험의 실시를 인사혁신처장에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19>

② 제1항에 따라 채용시험의 실시를 위탁한 경우 시험위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 관하여는 제14조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 "소속 장관"은 "인사혁신처장"으로 본다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19>
