고용보험ㆍ산업재해보상보험의 보험관계 성립신고 등의 촉진을 위한 특별조치법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 「고용보험 및 산업재해보상보험의 보험료징수 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 보험관계 성립신고와 「고용보험법」에 따른 피보험자격 취득신고의 비율이 낮은 소규모 사업 또는 사업장에 대한 자발적인 신고를 촉진하고 보험 가입에 따른 보험료 납부의무를 이행하도록 함으로써 실업이나 산업재해로부터 근로자와 사업주를 보호하는 데에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다.
