고용노동부와 그 소속기관 직제 제26조(직무)

중앙노동위원회의 사무처(이하 이 장에서 "사무처"라 한다)와 지방노동위원회의 사무국(이하 이 장에서 "사무국"이라 한다)은 「노동위원회법」 제2조의2에 따른 노동위원회 소관 사무의 처리 지원, 그 밖에 노동위원회 운영에 관한 사무를 처리한다.
