고엽제후유의증 등 환자지원 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제16조(임원 등)

① 고엽제전우회 본부에는 다음 각 호의 임원을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 headquarters헤드쿼터즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Defoliant디^f포울리언트 Veterans^v베터^r런즈 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 officers:오^f퍼서즈

② 회장ㆍ부회장ㆍ이사 및 감사는 총회에서 선출한다.

(2) The^ð더 president,프^r레저덴트 vice^v바이스 presidents,프^r레저덴츠 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 auditors아더터즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting.미팅

③ 회장은 단체를 대표하고 단체의 업무를 총괄한다.

(3) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 organization오거너제이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

④ 부회장은 회장을 보좌하며 회장이 사고가 있을 때에는 정관에 따라 부회장이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(4) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 presidents프^r레저덴츠 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 president,프^r레저덴트 and앤드 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 president's프^r레저덴츠 behalf비해^f프 under언더 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 when웬 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties.두티즈

⑤ 감사는 고엽제전우회의 회계 및 회계와 관련한 업무를 감사한다.

(5) The^ð디 auditors아더터즈 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Defoliant디^f포울리언트 Veterans^v베터^r런즈 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 work워크 related^r릴레이티드 to투 accounting.어카운팅

⑥ 고엽제전우회에는 사무총장 1명을 둔다.

(6) The^ð더 Defoliant디^f포울리언트 Veterans^v베터^r런즈 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general.제너^r럴

⑦ 사무총장은 이사회의 승인을 받아 회장이 임명하고, 회장의 명을 받아 사무를 처리한다.

(7) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 shall섈 handle핸들 affairs어^f페어즈 under언더 the^ð더 president's프^r레저덴츠 direction.더^r렉션
