고엽제후유의증 등 환자지원 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제13조의7(심의위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 심의위원회를 대표하고 사무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 심의위원회에서 정하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

③ 심의위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) The^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 국가보훈부령으로 정한다. <개정 2023.3.4>
