고엽제후유의증 등 환자지원 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제17조의4(수익사업에 관한 처분기준 등)

① 법 제13조의12제1항에 따른 수익사업의 정지 또는 승인 취소 처분의 세부기준은 별표 4와 같다. <개정 2023.6.5>

② 국가보훈부장관이 법 제13조의12제2항에 따라 수익사업에 관하여 체결한 계약에 따른 업무를 계속하여 수행하게 하려는 경우에는 같은 조 제1항에 따른 수익사업의 정지 또는 승인 취소를 할 때에 해당 처분의 처분서에 계속 수행할 수 있는 계약의 내용을 적어야 한다. <개정 2023.6.5>
