고엽제후유의증 등 환자지원 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제15조(심의위원회의 운영)

① 심의위원회의 회의는 고엽제전우회의 회장이 요구하는 경우 또는 심의위원회 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 소집한다.

② 심의위원회의 위원장은 심의위원회의 회의를 소집하려면 회의 개최일 7일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 심의사항 등을 위원에게 문서나 전자우편으로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 회의 개최일 전날까지 알릴 수 있다. <개정 2025.7.11>

③ 심의위원회는 심의ㆍ의결에 필요하다고 인정하면 고엽제전우회에 자료 제출을 요청할 수 있으며, 자료 제출 요청을 받은 고엽제전우회는 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.

④ 심의위원회는 법 제13조의7제3항에 따라 심의ㆍ의결한 결과를 지체 없이 고엽제전우회에 통보해야 한다. <개정 2021.12.9>

⑤ 심의위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 고엽제전우회 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다. <개정 2021.12.9>

⑥ 심의위원회의 간사는 회의록과 별지 제15호서식의 복지사업심의위원회 운영 관리 대장을 작성ㆍ관리하여야 한다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정된 사항 외에 심의위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 고엽제전우회의 회장이 정한다.
