고압가스 안전관리법 제36조의2(처분의 요구 등)

① 공사는 제36조에 따라 위탁받은 권한의 행사 중 이 법이나 이 법에 따른 명령을 위반한 사실이 있는 것을 알게 되면 시ㆍ도지사나 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 그 위반사실을 알리거나 그 위반행위를 한 자에 대하여 필요한 처분을 할 것을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2009.5.21>

② 시ㆍ도지사나 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 요구를 받은 경우에는 정당한 사유가 없으면 필요한 처분을 하여야 한다. <개정 2009.5.21>
