고압가스 안전관리법 제25조(보험 가입)

① 사업자등, 특정고압가스 사용신고자 또는 용기등을 수입한 자는 고압가스의 사고로 인한 타인의 생명ㆍ신체나 재산상의 손해를 보상하기 위하여 보험에 가입하여야 한다. <개정 2011.5.24>

② 제1항에 따른 보험의 종류ㆍ가입대상ㆍ가입절차와 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 산업통상부장관은 금융위원회와 협의하여 3년마다 그 3년째 사업연도가 끝난 후 3개월 이내에 보험사업자로 하여금 제1항에 따른 보험의 수익금의 일부를 고압가스사고 예방사업을 수행하는 자에게 지원하게 할 수 있으며, 이에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
