고압가스 안전관리법 시행령 제18조의2(가스사고조사위원회의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제26조의2제1항에 따른 가스사고조사위원회(이하 이 조 및 제18조의3부터 제18조의5까지에서 "위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 12명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2012.7.4>

② 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 산업통상부장관이 임명 또는 위촉하고, 위원장은 위원 중에서 산업통상부장관이 임명 또는 위촉한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련하여 위원회의 회의에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
