Enforcement Decree of the High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act, Article 16-2 (Application for Approval of Detailed Standards)

법 제33조의2에 따른 가스기술기준위원회는 법 제22조의2제2항에 따라 상세기준을 심의ㆍ의결하였을 때에는 그 심의ㆍ의결한 날부터 10일 이내에 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 승인신청서를 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
