고압가스 안전관리법 시행령 제14조(정기검사의 면제)

① 법 제11조에 따른 안전관리규정의 준수상태 및 최근 2년간 법 제16조의2에 따른 정기 및 수시검사의 실적이 우수하여 안전에 지장이 없다고 한국가스안전공사가 인정하는 자에 대하여는 한국가스안전공사가 인정하는 바에 따라 정기검사의 전부 또는 일부를 면제한다.

② 법 제16조의3제1항에 따른 정밀안전검진을 받은 자에 대하여는 해당 시설에 대한 정밀안전검진을 받은 연도의 정기검사를 면제한다.
