고압가스 안전관리법 시행규칙 제11조(사업개시 등의 신고서)

법 제7조에 따라 사업 또는 저장소의 사용을 개시하거나 1개월 이상 중지ㆍ폐지 또는 재개하려는 자는 별지 제9호서식의 개시ㆍ중지ㆍ폐지 또는 재개 신고서를 허가관청ㆍ신고관청 또는 등록관청에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 사업 또는 저장소의 사용을 폐지하려는 자는 해당 고압가스 폐기를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부해야 한다. <개정 2019.2.21>
