계엄법 제13조의2(국회 출입 금지)

계엄 시행 중에 국회의 권한 행사를 보장하기 위하여 계엄사령관의 지휘ㆍ감독을 받는 군인, 경찰 및 정보ㆍ보안기관 직원 등은 국회 경내에 출입할 수 없다. 다만, 국회의장이 요청하거나 허가한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
