경찰대학의 학사운영에 관한 규정 제24조(학비 등의 상환)

① 법 제10조제2항에 따른 학비와 그 밖의 모든 비용은 학비, 기숙사비, 수당, 지급 물품비, 급식비, 그 밖에 해당 학생의 교육에 소요된 모든 비용으로 한다.

② 경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 상환(償還)하여야 하는 경비를 산정할 때에는 법 제10조제4항에 따라 경찰대학 졸업자가 재학할 당시 대전광역시 및 충청남도에 있는 4년제 국공립대학교에서 「고등교육법」 제11조에 따라 학생으로부터 받는 수업료 및 그 밖의 납부금 등을 고려하여 그에 상당하는 금액을 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2017.5.8>

③ 경찰청장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 상환하여야 하는 경비를 산정한 경우에는 법 제10조제5항에 따라 그 내용을 매년 2월 말일까지 고시한다.

⑤ 경찰청장은 제4항에 따른 상환금액을 한꺼번에 환수(還收)하는 것이 곤란하다고 인정되는 경우에는 이를 분할하여 환수할 수 있다.

⑥ 천재지변 또는 상환의무자의 상이(傷痍)ㆍ질병으로 인하여 상환금액의 환수가 곤란하다고 인정되는 경우에는 환수를 유예할 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 상환에 필요한 사항은 경찰청장이 정한다.
