경찰대학의 학사운영에 관한 규정 제22조의3(등록금 산정 및 징수)

① 법 제9조제3항에 따른 치안대학원 등록금은 매년 학장이 대학원위원회의 심의를 거쳐 정한다.

② 대학원위원회는 제1항에 따라 치안대학원 등록금을 심의하는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여야 한다.

③ 치안대학원 등록금은 학칙이 정하는 바에 따라 학점별, 학기별 또는 월별로 징수할 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 치안대학원의 등록금 징수 및 산정 등에 필요한 사항은 학칙으로 정한다.
