경찰대학의 학사운영에 관한 규정 제22조의2(학위의 수여)

① 경찰대학 학사학위과정을 이수하고 졸업논문심사 또는 그와 동등한 실적심사에 합격한 학생에게는 졸업증서와 학사학위를 수여한다.

② 치안대학원 석사학위과정 또는 박사학위과정 학생으로서 학칙으로 정하는 학점을 취득하고 일정한 시험에 합격한 후 학위논문 심사에 통과한 사람에게는 해당 과정의 학위를 수여한다. 다만, 석사학위의 경우에는 학칙으로 정하는 다른 방법에 따라 학위를 수여할 수 있다. <개정 2017.11.14, 2021.1.5>

③ 학장은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 학위를 수여하는 경우에는 학위증서를 발급하여야 한다. <신설 2017.11.14>
