경찰관 직무집행법 제9조(유치장)

법률에서 정한 절차에 따라 체포ㆍ구속된 사람 또는 신체의 자유를 제한하는 판결이나 처분을 받은 사람을 수용하기 위하여 경찰서와 해양경찰서에 유치장을 둔다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
